If users are having trouble with logging in, from the email used to sign in, click on the link and use the temporary password.  The password can be changed in the user profile. The password must be between 5 – 13 characters.

Paid Plans include:  Basic, Premium and Premium Plus. All paid plans are 30 day listings with recurring charges, meaning the chosen Stripe method of payment will be automatically charged 30 days from the last charge date. See Features of each plan.

Once registered, how do users access different features in the Dashboard?  If users have subscribed to certain pricing plans, these different features can be accessed.  See pricing plan page to see available features.  Users can update plans to include these features.

Promote a special event. Set location, date and time.  You can link to your website or social media page to manage attendees.

If user’s price plan allows appointment settings, use this setting to set up available appointment times, make sure to edit your business hours (edit your listing button) first then enable appointments in dashboard (be sure to add the available time slots (30 minutes, hour, etc) and choose the listing that applies (be sure to click on the + button so that appointments will appear on that listing). Once a customer asks for an appointment time on your listing, visit your dashboard – appointments – click on that appointment time and approve.

Set up short term sales here, set start/end date, coupon details, it will show on user’s listing.

If a potential customer has used the contact form on a listing, the details will show here.

This section shows paid invoices for listings.

Invoices for ad campaigns are shown.

Shows if a homeowner has saved a listing.

Only shows if Houzewerks has enabled packaged price programs.

Shows subscription plan for each listing.  Houzewerks pricing plans are for 30 days set for recurring charges.  Users always have the opportunity to change pricing plan or cancel after the 30 day period (by contacting the admin).

Choose listing, set the number of days, select Spotlight (on home page), Top of Search (shows at the top listings in a particular category) and Sidebar (shows at the side of your listing. Once a customer has given a review, the reviews will show here.  If business receives less than a 3 star review, Houzewerks ask business to reach out to that customer to see if user can address any issue the customer may be facing, and then ask the customer to review again. If business continually receives less than 3 star reviews, the listing may be not be renewed by administrator.
